As a District Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations and planning efforts across multiple stunning venues within your region. You'll lead and support talented teams of Wedding Planners, Executive Chefs, Operations Managers, and event staff to deliver exceptional experiences for every guest. What You'll Do
- Lead with Impact: Oversee operations and planning across your assigned venues, ensuring seamless execution and high team performance.
- Develop and Coach Talent: Hire, train, and mentor your leadership team, providing regular feedback and growth opportunities.
- Drive Accountability: Conduct one-on-ones and quarterly check-ins with your team to align goals, track performance, and celebrate wins.
- Champion Excellence: Ensure every event meets company standards for quality, service, cleanliness, and ambiance.
- Partner Across Teams: Collaborate with in-house vendors, culinary leaders, and corporate teams to continuously improve client experience.
- Stay Hands-On: Step in to support or manage events as needed to ensure flawless execution.
- Lead Communication: Host weekly regional and BEO meetings to ensure priorities, client expectations, and operational details are aligned.
- Solve Challenges: Step in to manage escalated client concerns with professionalism and care, ensuring high-level service recovery.
- Monitor and Report: Track key metrics, staffing needs, and regional performance to support company growth goals.
- Full-time: must be available to work on weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Base + Bonus: Earning potential $85,000-$95,000 annually

Requirements
- 3+ years in a leadership or multi-unit management role within hospitality, events, or food & beverage
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams and deliver outstanding guest experiences
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Comfort working with CRM systems, Google Docs, and Sheets
- A proactive, upbeat attitude and a passion for teamwork
- Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- TABC & ServSafe Certifications required (or ability to obtain)
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Physical Requirements: lifting up to 30lbs and walking/standing for 8-10 hours
- Submit/complete background check; have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Full-time: must be available to work on weekends, evenings, and holidays
