From managing the flow of rental and floral inventory in and out of our warehouse, to ensuring efficient, smooth, and timely event breakdowns, this position plays a vital role in the success of our events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain organization of all inventory, including hard goods, florals, vessels, and rental items
- Develop and implement inventory tracking systems to reduce loss and increase efficiency
- Ensure event inventory is properly prepared for delivery and accurately returned
- Help Schedule, lead, and manage the strike team for all post-event breakdowns and returns
- Serve as primary point of contact for strike crew communications and conflict resolution
- Coordinate with design and warehouse teams to ensure inventory availability for upcoming events
- Assist with truck loading/unloading logistics and warehouse organization as needed
- Conduct routine inventory audits and support reorder/restock processes
- Train and onboard new strike team members and seasonal support staff
- Fleet Management
- Work closely with the Floral Managers to ensure that client expectations are understood and exceeded.
- Address any operational issues or questions that may arise during events to ensure client satisfaction.
- Monitor expenses and ensure that operations stay within budget. Work with the Floral Director to forecast budgets for upcoming projects and allocate resources effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations. Maintain a safe working environment for all staff and oversee the proper handling of flowers and equipment
- Help inventory incoming floral when receiving
- 2+ years in inventory management, warehouse leadership, or logistics preferred
- Prior team management experience strongly preferred, ideally in events or hospitality
- Comfortable working flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in fast-paced warehouse/event environments

- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
