Walters Wedding Estates in partnership with The Design Haus Houston, is looking for a Floral Manager with a great attitude and work ethic to join our wedding and event floral production team! Our team is rapidly growing and this position provides a great opportunity to grow your career with us. On average we produce 5-10+ weddings per weekend.

REQUIREMENTS
- Location: Hickory Creek, TX
- Job Type: Full Time
- Hours:
- Flexible Schedules.
- Must be available to work weekends.
- Required Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in Floral Design
- 2+ years of experience as a Manager
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Docs
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift at least 40+ pounds throughout the day
- Other:
- Must be eligible to work in the United States; Walters Hospitality participates in E-Verify
- Submit/complete background check; have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

- Hiring, Firing, Onboarding, Training Floral Design Team
- Setting Design and Production Goals for the Team
- Setting + Enforcing Design Standards
- Setting Work Schedules for Design Team
- Educating Team on Profitable, Executable Designs
- Hosting Team Meetings
- Designing + Attending Open Houses
- Communicating any Specific Needs to Operations
- Attending all BEO Meetings
- Communicating with Sales Manager on Proposals
- Approving Employee Payroll
- Executing Budget + Reviewing P+L
