Lodging Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Lodging Attendant to support the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of on-site lodging accommodations and designated venue spaces. This role focuses primarily on housekeeping duties to ensure cottages and lodging areas remain clean, stocked, and ready for guest arrivals.

In addition to supporting housekeeping operations, the Lodging Attendant assists with lodging oversight by monitoring cottages during guest stays and serving as an on-call contact for overnight guests when accommodations are occupied. This position works closely with venue leadership and the housekeeping team to ensure guests have a comfortable and seamless lodging experience.
Responsibilities
Housekeeping & Cleaning

• Assist the housekeeping team in maintaining cleanliness and organization of cottages and lodging areas
• Perform routine cleaning tasks to maintain the upkeep of lodging spaces and surrounding property areas
• Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens
• Maintain organization of housekeeping supplies and storage areas

Lodging Preparation

• Prepare cottages prior to guest arrival to ensure spaces are clean, stocked, and guest-ready
• Restock linens, towels, toiletries, and other guest amenities
• Monitor cottages during guest stays to ensure spaces remain clean and welcoming
• Report maintenance needs, damages, or supply shortages to venue leadership

Guest Support

• Serve as the on-call contact for guests staying overnight when lodging is occupied
• Respond to basic guest requests and assist with lodging needs
• Communicate guest concerns or operational issues to venue leadership

Property Upkeep

• Assist with general upkeep of lodging areas and venue property
• Monitor and report damages to cottages, furniture, equipment, or facilities
• Maintain organization of cleaning equipment, supplies, and linens

Schedule

• Primarily weekday schedule focused on lodging preparation and housekeeping support
• Occasional evenings or weekends depending on lodging reservations and venue needs
• On-call availability when overnight guests are staying in the cottages

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, hospitality, or lodging experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong communication skills and ability to assist guests when needed
• Reliable transportation
• Must be eligible to work in the United States

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while performing cleaning and preparation tasks
• Ability to lift and carry up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Ability to bend, reach, and perform general housekeeping duties

Compensation
Compensation for this position will be discussed during the interview process and will be based on experience and qualifications.
