Region Planning Manager The Role
We're looking for a Region Planning Manager (RPM) to lead a team of Wedding Planners and Event Coordinators across our portfolio of venues. You'll own the full client planning lifecycle - from booking through event day - while driving the kind of consistent, 5-star experience that keeps clients coming back and talking about us.

This is a leadership role with real accountability. You'll be the person your team leans on for coaching and direction, your clients escalate to when things get complex, and your operations partners rely on to make sure planning and execution are in sync. You'll carry a portfolio of clients of your own while managing team performance, sales metrics, and scheduling across the region.

If you're someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, gets energized by building teams, and takes genuine pride in a flawlessly executed event - this role was built for you.

  • Wedding Planners
  • Event Coordinators
What You'll Do Client Experience & Planning Execution
  • Own the full client journey from booking through event execution, ensuring every event is assigned, properly supported, and expertly delivered.
  • Build real relationships with clients - understand what they need and create personalized experiences that exceed expectations.
  • Respond to all client communication within 24 hours and lead planning meetings that capture every critical detail: timelines, floor plans, vendors, F&B, and more.
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex client concerns during the planning process.
  • Partner closely with operations teams to ensure event-day execution matches the plan.
Sales Support & Revenue Growth
  • Drive revenue by following established sales processes and actively upselling services and enhancements.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of all product offerings - venues, catering, bar packages, and vendor services - so you can match clients to the right options.
  • Analyze sales and upgrade data by client and category to spot trends and identify opportunities.
  • Support showcases, tastings, and other sales-driven events that keep the pipeline moving.
Team Leadership & Development
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop your team of Wedding Planners and Event Coordinators.
  • Coach and hold your team accountable with consistency - regular one-on-ones, clear performance feedback, and a culture that expects excellence.
  • Build a team environment that's collaborative, service-driven, and proud of the work.
Operations, Scheduling & Administrative Oversight
  • Build staffing schedules that ensure proper coverage without unnecessary cost.
  • Keep CRM documentation accurate and complete - this is how we stay organized and deliver at scale.
  • Lead district meetings and participate in regional planning conversations.
  • Manage your own workload with intention and help your team do the same.

  • Brings sales awareness to every client interaction and coaches their team to do the same
  • Communicates clearly and often - with clients, direct reports, and cross-functional partners
  • Looks at data, spots what's working and what isn't, and takes action
